1. Welcome to SahayaIAS Community

Thank you for your interest in SahayaIAS Prelims Tests. By using our Services, you agree to these terms (the “SahayaIAS Terms”) and Sahaya Prelims Test Series Policies. If ever in conflict, to the extent of such conflict,the SahayaIAS Terms will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement.

2. Subscription

Once subscribed, you agree to SahayaIAS terms and abide by them. Subscription is for the period stipulated in the Test Series notification.

3. Fees

Fees once received will not be refunded.

4. Content

Prelims Test Series and other content created by SahayaIAS should not be reproduced anywhere without the written consent.

5. Access to the Services

Access to tests is available only to those who have paid requisite fees. Registered users must pay fees to take tests.

6. Using Our Services

Full services are made available only to paid members. Sahaya will have the right to delete such user who misuses our services.

7. Changes to Our Services

As and when required, Sahaya will have rights to change content of their services.

8. Sharing of Our Services

Sharing of our services for commercial purposes is against these terms and conditions.
