Why in News?
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today attended, and delivered an address at the event to mark the launch of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Representation of the People Act
Why in News?
Media Coverage during the period referred to in Section 126 of RP Act, 1951. Section 126 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, prohibits displaying any election matter by means, inter alia, of television or similar apparatus, during the period of 48 hours before the hour fixed for conclusion of poll in a constituency.

Indian Footwear, Leather & Accessories Development Programme (IFLADP)
Why in News?
The Central Government has approved a special package for employment generation in leather and footwear sector. The package involves implementation of Central Sector Scheme - Indian Footwear, Leather & Accessories Development Programme (IFLADP)
About
- The scheme aims at development of infrastructure for the leather sector, address environmental concerns specific to the leather sector, facilitate additional investments, generate employment and increase production.
- Enhanced Tax incentives will attract large scale investments in this sector and reforms in labour laws taking into account the seasonal nature of the sector will support economies of scale.
Hayabusa2 spacecraft
Why in News?
The Hayabusa2 spacecraft, launched by Japan's space agency JAXA, is currently studying the diamond-shaped asteroid Ryugu. After close examination of the target, a landing site was selected and touchdown for the probe was set for late October. But now, according to Phys.org, JAXA has informed reporters that the probe's deployment to the surface would be delayed until January.

Ryugu is a near-Earth object and a potentially hazardous asteroid of the Apollo group. It measures approximately 1 kilometer
Hayabusa 2 Mission
- Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) spacecraft Hayabusa2 was launched in December 2014 and successfully arrived at the asteroid on June 2018. It is planned to return material from the asteroid to Earth by December 2020.
- The Hayabusa2 mission includes four rovers with various scientific instruments.
- On September 2018, the first two of these rovers, which hop around the surface of the asteroid, were released from Hayabusa2.
- This marks the first time a mission has completed a successful landing on a fast-moving asteroid body.
- On October 2018, the German-French Mobile Asteroid Surface Scout (MASCOT) lander successfully arrived on Ryugu, 10 days after the MINERVA rovers (Hayabusa2) landed. It mission was short-lived, however, with only 16 hours available from its batteries.
Buxa Tiger Reserve
Why in News?
Ahead of plan to repopulate tigers, over 300 deer being translocated. As a part of its programme to augment tiger numbers, the state wildlife department is in the process of translocating deer from different parts of the state to Buxa Tiger Reserve in Alipurduar. If the translocation is a success, the department will then procure its first tiger next year.
About
- The Buxa Tiger Augmentation Programme is the first of its kind in the state of West Bengal.
- The Buxa programme was developed by the department with the assistance of the Global Tiger Forum and the National Tiger Conservation Authority.
- The two other sanctuaries to attempt the programme in the country are Sariska and in Panna Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh. In Sariska, the project was unsuccessful, and petered out soon after it began.
Buxa Tiger Reserve
- Buxa Tiger Reserve lies in Alipurduar district of West Bengal.
- Its northern boundary runs along the international border with Bhutan. The Sinchula hill range lies all along the northern side of BTR and the eastern boundary touches that of the Assam state.
- National Highway No.31 C roughly runs along its southern boundary.
- It is the eastern most extension of extreme bio-diverse North-East India and represents highly endemic Indo-Malayan region.
- The Phipsu Wildlife Sanctuary of Bhutan is contiguous to the north of BTR.
- Manas National Park lies on east of BTR.
- BTR, thus, serves as international corridor for Asian elephant migration between India and Bhutan.
- To the south-west, the Chilapata Forests form an elephant corridor to the Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary.
